Teaching at MBIS
International teachers tend to be fairly mobile. We at MBIS are no different. Each June
teachers move on, either back to their home countries or to posts in other international
schools worldwide. This means that we recruit new teachers each academic year. On
average we fill 3 or 4 posts. We however do not know how many posts are available until
our resignation deadline of the 7th February each year. Our recruitment procedure is to
place an initial advertisement in The Times Educational Supplement in September and to
follow this up with adverts in November and December. Interviews can be held in Cairo at
your convenience, Dubai, The ECIS November Conference or London (January) depending
on the location of candidates
